For Local Postage – Singapore

– Local : FREE POSTAGE (Except for Sale Item)
***Item will post out next working day – please allow 2 to 3 days
i. Registered Mail – $2.24 (1-Time Payment) on top of the total cost
ii. Urgent Delivery – $5.00 (Per Trip)
iii. Self-Collection – Bishan MRT (Please schedule pick-up)

For International Delivery:
– International : Fedex or Air Parcel/Speedpost (Depending on the area location)

** Charges depend on the weight of the item/s.

** Shipping cost PAY BY BUYER including taxes incurred by custom at your end.

For International Purchase

Malaysia – Maybank or Western Union

Australia – Commonwealth Bank

And for others – Western Union

Before you decide to purchase the item, please ensure that you read our guidelines.

2) Fill up the online form with your full details, you can consol as many item code
into 1 form.

3) Your order form will be send to our email.
4) We will reply within 1-2 working days and send you the confirmation slip
5) Pre-Order Item – 1 week for consol order + 1 week for item to arrive Singapore

No last minute cancellation of order
Note: Items sold cannot be refunded nor exchanged. We will inspect items before posting out. Below are some reasons are not considered:
a. Personal dislike, change of mind after purchase;
b. Sizing issues (clothes do not fit);
c. Claiming that the cutting of clothes is not good;
d. Deliberate damage of clothes such that it will warrant an exchange.
e. Buying for a friend and she is not able to be contacted and you decided not to purchase the item is not allow. If she cannot be contacted, you are responsible to make the purchase
